Traditional Exhibit Space
Reserve your exhibit space now to ensure a great location at a great show. Included with your Traditional Exhibit reservation you will receive:
- A detailed company listing in the Official Convention program.
- An online Virtual Booth presence on The Cable Show Web site that includes your company logo and a hyperlink directly to your Web site.
- Exhibitor Personnel badges for full-floor access plus complimentary access to all educational sessions.
- Client/Guest Badges – good for all three days of the show.
- Access to the Media Center and Media Center support resources for presentation of press conferences.
- Complimentary attendee listing following the convention.
- Access to all Sponsorship and Advertising opportunities (available only to members and exhibitors).

Executive Suites
Executive Suites on The Cable Show Exhibit Floor offer a perfect setting to enhance your booth presence with a convenient place to meet with customers and business partners. Located just footsteps away from the bustling exhibit floor, Executive Suites deepen your booth presence by offering a separate meeting location that’s private and convenient. They’re also an ideal solution for growing companies that are not yet full Cable Show exhibitors.
And there’s more: Executive Suite exhibitors qualify for full benefits of all registered exhibitors, including program listings, access to educational sessions and more. NCTA is offering Executive Suites for Cable Show ‘08 in two options:
- Executive Option (upgraded furniture and custom graphics)
- Economy Option (more limited graphics and furniture choices)
All Executive or Economy Suites include the following:
- Exhibit space
- Ready-to-use physical structure
- Custom graphics
- Carpet
- Furniture
- Installation/dismantling labor
Catering, booth cleaning, floral, audiovisual, electrical for any equipment ordered, and shipment of materials to/from the show are not included in the package cost.
