Music Phone Drawing

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: To enter, complete the Cable Show Battle of the Bands Music Phone drawing all mobile text messaging voters will automatically be entered into live drawings to win one of four Motorola music-enabled phones. One winner announced each hour during event. One phone per hour, maximum of four phones will be awarded. (1) entry per person per day). All entries must be received by May 20, 2008 between 8 pm and Midnight CST. Entries become property of Motorola, Inc. and will not be returned.

1. Drawing: Winner will be determined on May 20, 2008, on or about Midnight CST. A random drawing from all eligible entries received under the supervision of a Motorola representative whose decision will be final. Winners will be announced immediately. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries. Winners must be present to win.


2. Prizes: Based on carrier, winner will win one of the following phones: (1) RAZR 2 V8 (ARV: $419), Moto Z6TV (ARV $209), Luxury Razr 2 V8 (ARV $549), Moto Q 9 M (ARV $419). Motorola, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a cash prize or a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternatives or prize substitutions except at sole discretion of Motorola, Inc.


3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all attendees at the Battle of the Bands over the age of 21. Employees, officers and directors of Motorola, Inc., their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Winner is liable for federal income taxes on prize received. Motorola, Inc. shall have no liability whatsoever for any losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or acceptance of the prize. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Motorola, Inc. to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade promotion without further compensation.


4. Announcement of Winner: To find out who won the drawing, send your request after May 20, 2008 and before June 20, 2008 to: Winners List, Motorola, Inc., 101 Tournament Drive, Horsham, PA 19044 Attention: Zenita Henderson
